Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service", “Terms”) carefully before using www.thewallstreetbulls.com ("thewallstreetbulls"), collectively "Sites" or "Platforms". This Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms and Conditions for your use of the Sites.
The Sites are platforms where Developers provide software development services to Clients. On thewallstreetbulls, Clients can receive software development help via Live 1:1 Sessions, Freelance Jobs, Code Reviews, and Direct Payments. Our role is to facilitate the availability of the Sites and the services provided by Experts. thewallstreetbulls is not a provider of coding or mentoring services. Experts are independent contractors and are not employees of thewallstreetbulls.
By accessing or using the Sites in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or Browse the Sites, or contributing content or other materials to the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Additional definitions:
- Clients (“Users”): users who request the help of experts on the Sites
- Experts (“Developers”): experts who provide services to Clients
1. Acceptance and Changes to Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are accessing or using the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Resolution
2.1 Refund Policy
2.1.1 Paid Pine Script Strategies
Thewallstreetbulls has a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for services on our platform are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to client dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of service, or project cancellation. By engaging with an Expert and making a payment, you agree to this policy.
2.1.2 Other Tech Projects and 1:1 live sessions
Thewallstreetbulls has a refund policy. If an Expert fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or if the services provided are not as described, Clients may request a refund within 5 days of the service completion. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer any refunds for 1:1 live sessions.
2.2 Disputes
Disputes between Experts and Clients are generally solved by the parties themselves. Communication between Experts and Clients is highly encouraged to help resolve any issues quickly.
Developers are paid for the time spent on a problem. Since Experts are paid for their time and effort, we encourage clients to communicate their requirements and expectations clearly at the beginning of any session or project.
We reserve the right to mediate disputes on a case-by-case basis. However, in most situations, it is up to the Client and Expert to reach an agreement. If a dispute is brought to our attention, we will do our best to facilitate communication.
2.3 Payment Failure and Payment Compensation
Once a Session has ended, Clients will be charged the invoice amount. In cases where the charge fails, thewallstreetbulls reserves the right to suspend the Client’s account until the invoice is paid. Regarding Expert payout for a Session with an unpaid invoice, unless fraud or disputes are involved, thewallstreetbulls will determine the amount to be paid out with a maximum payout not exceeding more than 2 hours worth of the Session time.
If help was offered to Clients unofficially (i.e. no official Live 1:1 Session, Freelance Job, Code Review, or Direct Payment was created), compensations will not be considered or provided.
3. thewallstreetbulls Pro plan
We used to have that but at this time we do not have any paid plans. All services are pay-as-you-go.
We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will update this section accordingly.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of The Wall Street Bulls, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Website or Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Website.
- Removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Website or Content.
- Using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Website or any Content.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Website.
4.4 Ownership of Work Product and Intellectual Property for Services
Upon Expert’s receipt of full payment from the Client for services (e.g., Freelance Jobs, Sessions, Code Reviews), the Work Product of the Expert will be the sole and exclusive property of the Client, and the Client will be deemed to be the author thereof. The Expert automatically irrevocably assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest worldwide in and to such Intellectual Property Rights and waives any moral rights, rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure, and withdrawal or inalienable rights under applicable law in and to the Work Product.
5. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice
The content provided on The Wall Street Bulls Website, including all articles, analyses, tools, educational materials, and any other information (collectively, the "Information"), is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.
The Information presented on this Website is general in nature and does not address the specific financial situations, objectives, or needs of any particular individual or entity. 6. Code of Conduct
In using our Site and Services, Users and Experts agree to follow our Code of Conduct. Violations of our Code of Conduct may result in their immediate removal and access to this Site and/or restrictions on their access to our Services.
In general, maintaining civility in communication is encouraged. If Users or Experts encounter someone who is negatively affecting their platform experience through either spam or insults, please report the user or expert immediately.
6.1 Expert Code of Conduct
Experts may not:
- use their thewallstreetbulls profile in a way that is considered outside of normal use, unethical, or illegal.
- share their account with other Users or Experts.
- outsource any work to other developers who are not verified by thewallstreetbulls.
- use aliases. Experts are required to use real names and clear portrait photos on their profiles.
- solicit Clients to pay for services and/or accept payments from Clients through a third party platform.
- create multiple accounts to abuse the Site’s promotional or referral credits/program, or attempt fraud.
- engage in any form of cheating, including completing graded assignments or tests for a Client.
- engage in plagiarism.
- stalk, harass, coerce, or intimidate Clients to provide positive ratings or reviews.
- use derogatory or insulting language towards Clients and the Support Team.
- make untruthful claims about expertise or ability to help.
6.2 Client Code of Conduct
Clients may not:
- use their thewallstreetbulls profile in a way that is considered outside of normal use, unethical, or illegal.
- share their account with other Users or Experts.
- pay, attempt to, or coerce Experts into receiving payment via a third party platform.
- have more than one account in order to abuse the Site’s promotional or referral credits.
- engage in any form of cheating or request Experts to do/complete assignments or tests for them.
- harass Experts to receive free help.
- use derogatory or insulting language towards Experts and the Support Team.
- use low ratings or negative reviews to threaten Experts into doing additional work or lowering the charge.
- be untruthful about an issue being unsolved just to receive a refund.
- spam requests or send Experts messages about unrelated activities.
- recruit Experts to join platforms and companies that are potentially competitive to thewallstreetbulls.
7. Identity and Payment Verification
Thewallstreetbulls requires users to provide identity and payment verification for security purposes. During an identity or payment verification process, thewallstreetbulls reserves the right to:
- Suspend all ongoing paid help and terminate all unprocessed payouts if an Expert does not supply the required documents.
- Suspend an account and all ongoing paid help if a Client does not supply the required documents.
- Permanently terminate a Client/Expert’s account if they do not comply with our identity or payment verification.
Clients/Experts may be asked to provide any of the following documentation to complete the verification process:
- (i) one or more valid government identification
- (ii) proof that their identity matches the valid government identification
- (iii) proof of (payment method) or (credit card) ownership and authorization
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 General Disclaimer
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and The Wall Street Bulls regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
